Residential Services

Let our dedicated Individual Support Coordinators help you navigate the housing choices and options available to you! This may include living alone or with family, friends, or a significant other. It may include living with one or several roommates. We will help you navigate resources and funding as you find what is right for you.

Intermediate Care Facilities

Another option is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF), which is a place where a person with a disability can live and receive services in a group setting.
