Cindy Hillberry
Assistant Superintendent
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ohio University and Masters degree from Ohio University in Business Administration.
Experience:
Cindy has worked in the field of Developmental Disabilities since 1988, joined Fairfield DD in 1996, and took on the role of Assistant Superintendent in 2023 after serving as the Manager of Community Employment and the Director of Human Resources.
