State Plan Nursing- A properly licensed or certified and authorized person must administer medication 1 hour daily and check vitals.

-Attend doctor appointments with her.
-To transport her to and from medical appointments, grocery store, and community events and activities of her choosing.

Individual is verbal and enjoys talking on the phone when figuring out details. She is okay with staff communicating with her husband about her care.
