Our Journey to Becoming a Trauma Responsive Agency

In this session you’ll hear what it took for one provider agency to not only understand the impact of traumatic stress but used the knowledge to transform their entire organization! Community Supports, Inc. is an agency committed to providing the very best supported living services to individuals with Developmental Disabilities.

Since this transformation, Community Supports Inc. has collaborated with Mary Vicario, Founder of Finding Hope Consulting, LLC in developing a Resilience Based De-Escalation Training.
