Learn what federal and state fair housing laws mean for you! Bring your general questions and join the conversation. The program is led by local, state, and federal experts.

Whether you are a homeowner, tenant, landlord, property owner, or curious citizen, join us during April’s Fair Housing Month for a presentation/discussion about the basics of fair housing. The discussion will include information about protected classes, prohibited practices, reasonable accommodations, filing a complaint, advocacy, and more. General questions are welcome!* Hosted by the City of Lancaster/Community Development Department and led by experts from the Ohio Civil Rights Commission, Southeastern Ohio Legal Services, and the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development.

* Direct legal advice on a specific problem will not be addressed at the presentation. Avenues to explore specific questions will be explained.
