Ever wonder what goes on at City Hall and how citizens can make their voices heard?  The Community Development Department is here for you!  We help residents improve their neighborhoods and the houses and businesses within them.  We’ll guide you through our programs and services, and we want to hear from you – homeowners, renters, landlords, business owners, and non-profits.  We have opportunities for volunteering, neighborhood improvement, home repair, lead paint removal, Do-it-Yourself workshops, and more.
